The teachings are applied to areas of life such as money, relationships, and health. I can’t say this enough; our bodies are amazingly resilient. When given enough time and care, it can and will heal itself. Positive thinking improves mental and physical health by reducing stress and strengthening our immune system.
● This film, Alien Moon, hopefully, will divert your attention from repetitive negative thinking (rumination). Negative thinking destroys a healing environment. Positive thinking helps you to feel better, which creates a healing environment.
With NASA’s Artemis program – return to the moon – approaching, this film, more to the point, is a calming distraction. But a distraction is only a temporary avoidance strategy, not a long-term approach to decreasing the intensity and effects of negative thoughts. To breaker the cycle of negative thinking — a leading cause of chronic anxiety, self-hate and anger.
Try living by this simple oath: I swear by my love for life, I will never live for the approval of another, or ask another to live for mine. You see, needing someone’s approval before doing what you know to be in your best interest perpetuates rumination.

What’s worse, you may be spreading your cosmetic toxins to every person you are physical with. Most cosmetics contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals. The only safeguard against the ubiquity of toxic cosmetics is self-restraint.
