Research shows many individuals who self-diagnose having a gluten problem, may actually be reacting more to fructans than gluten itself. So, people who feel better on gluten-free diets, may only feel so, because they are also cutting out fructans with a gluten-free diet.

Gluten (a protein), FODMAPs (sugars) and emulsion stabilizers are all different. But, the treatment for each is the same; avoid or limit consumption. The Unholy Alliance will never advocate for said treatment alone because there’s no profit to be made.

To compensate, it’s possible the LSI has and still is fabricating diseases for each one of the above additives and considerably more found within foods. Examples of fabricated diseases, in my opinion, are Type 2 diabetes, IBS and Celiac disease to name a few. In doing so, they can now treat your symptoms with costly medications (often unsafe) that are merely Band-Aids.
