The seven industries responsible for creating the seven deadly poisons are targeting our endocrine system. Our endocrine system (ES) is the first domino (the linchpin) that they need to knock over/remove to make us mentally compliant and physically weak. Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) enter the body through ingestion, inhalation, and skin absorption.
Disruption of the endocrine system can occur in various ways. Some chemicals mimic a natural hormone, fooling the body into triggering a physiological or emotional reaction. Such as fight-or-flight — when your current situation does not require it. While other EDCs can block natural hormones from binding to receptors on target cells by binding to the receptors before natural hormones can.
Thereby preventing the natural hormones from attaching and initiating a chain of events that leads to a specific cellular response. EDCs are not only able to bind to the receptors before the natural hormones can, but some can also directly stimulate the receptors. Thereby hampering the endocrine system and causing a condition like the overproduction or underproduction of thyroid hormones.
EDCs are widely spread, both in the environment and our everyday lives, making it virtually impossible to avoid them completely. They interfere with the function of the endocrine system as mentioned, resulting in harm to one’s health. These substances have gradually entered the food chain, and are frequently found in human blood and urine samples.
In the last two decades, there has been a growing awareness of the effects on our bodies from exposure to EDCs. Very few chemicals have been tested for their potential to interfere with the endocrine system. Geez, I wonder why! Current standard test methods do not provide adequate data to identify potential EDCs or to assess their risks to a population. No surprise there.
That said, there is little doubt that even small disruption to the endocrine system, particularly during certain highly sensitive stages of a person’s life, can lead to serious long-term chronic illnesses. Depending on variables such as the duration, type, and dose of exposure, EDCs can exert a brief or permanent impact. Long-term risk of chronic metabolic syndrome, neurological and immune illnesses may not manifest until later in life.
Diet is the main source of exposure to EDCs. They can easily accumulate in fat cells faster than these cells can metabolize or excrete them. Leading to increasing concentrations in tissues over time. Removing the meat’s visibly fatty portions before cooking would be wise, because the melted fat of cooked meat can turn your gravy a significant source of EDCs.
A healthy endocrine system ensures hormonal balance, which serves as the primary and foundational regulator of mental and physical health. A small disruption to hormonal balance can trigger a widespread, uncontrollable chain reaction of mental and physical health issues. Such a disruption in the endocrine system (the first domino) can cause other organs to fail and lead to severe illnesses with chronic symptoms.
The hypothalamus and pituitary gland (part of the ES) are located at the base of the brain and work together as the command center. If these two glands are damaged by endocrine-disrupting chemicals, the rest of the network of glands that make up the endocrine system collapses. Hormonal balance is critical to the maintenance of a healthy body.
This is because hormones (released by our ES) act as chemical messengers that reach almost every tissue in the body and affect how they function. When one gland stops working properly, it sends incorrect instructions to specific tissues, causing organs to fall out of balance. Obesity, resulting from a disrupted ES, can lead to health disorders if a person is unable to stop gaining weight.
Being able to disrupt the endocrine system of an entire population is critical to gaining and maintaining control over and ease of manipulation. With control and manipulation of a large population comes power and great wealth, often at the population’s expense. This is the motivation behind industry’s push to make us self-poison via the use of their endocrine-disrupting products.
The ubiquitous presence of endocrine-disrupting chemicals has demonstrated their negative impact on our health. They are currently under investigation by the scientific community to document the risk that these compounds represent. Healthy or dead, we are no good to any industry; but alive and sick, each of us becomes a cash cow.
