Organic plant-based food provides the body with polyphenols. They are beneficial plant compounds with antioxidant properties that combat oxidative stress and neutralize free radicals, protecting cells from damage. Polyphenols also act as fuel for probiotic bacteria in the gut, promoting a healthy microbiome.

Polyphenols can regulate and modify your genes to proliferate the growth of adult stem cells. Adult stem cells are responsible for the body’s ability to regenerate. Your body has an innate ability to select the necessary polyphenols for whatever regenerative work that needs to be done.

All that’s required of you is to maintain a polyphenol supply/demand equilibrium in your body. Studies indicate – there are a few organic herbal super food that can provide a minimum of 450 mg of polyphenols daily. They are a good starting point and a possible source for achieving equilibrium. It can take 10–12 weeks to achieve equilibrium. Once equilibrium is achieved, regeneration will kick in.

Studies indicate taking smaller, single doses of polyphenols may increase their bioavailability (the ability of food to be absorbed and used by the body) compared to one large dose. The best bioavailability of polyphenols in a single dose is somewhat less than 90mg. The intestinal lining has a limited ability to absorb polyphenols.

So a large dose (over 90mg) can overwhelm it, resulting in less absorption and more being expelled as waste. Since our gut microbiome also plays an important role in polyphenol metabolism. Small doses may allow for greater microbial interaction, thereby enhancing bioavailability.

Plants producing polyphenols are considered highly essential foods in our diet. The average person is lucky if they consume 450 mg weekly, and dare I say, monthly for some. That said, regeneration won’t happen as long as the body is continually being poisoned.

After going gluten-free for a year or more, you still continue to have persistent symptoms. Well, that probably means you’re indulging in one or more of the 7 deadly poisons, which are all endocrine disrupters. These poisons are responsible for physical sufferings, mental disorders and shortening lifespan on a global scale. They include:

(1) UPFs and QSR foods, (2) FODMAPs, (3) Cosmetics, (4) Toxic LSI drugs, (5) Toxic heavy metals, (6) Toxic agricultural and industrial chemicals, and (7) EMFs

Out of the seven deadly poisons listed above, the first 6 are poisoning us from the outside in. The 7th is poisoning us from the inside out. I started with the poisons we have the most and ended with the poisons we have the least control over.

We are all being poisoned daily, twenty-four/seven, 365 days a year, decade after decade. The really disturbing part of this truth is that it’s mostly self-inflicted. Poisonous substances can be inhaled – as in indoor air pollution via off-gassing, swallowed – as in food and prescription drugs, and absorbed through your skin – as in makeup.

Off-gassing from household cleaning products all contribute to inhaled poisons. Pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, fungicides and ultra-processed foods (UPFs) all contribute to swallowed poisons. A perfect example of one of the many poisonous substances in UPFs is natural flavors.

Synthetic chemicals are used during the manufacturing process to obtain the flavor from the whole food and then added to other foods. Natural flavors can be made up of over 100 chemicals. Synthetic chemicals can make up 80% to 90% of natural flavors.

Yes, the flavors come from natural sources. But, in the end, they are anything but natural. When manufacturers add the term natural to an ingredient or on their packaging, they are, more often than not, trying to convince consumers to accept as true what is false.

Most cosmetics contain toxic chemicals that enhance texture, scent, or color to boost consumer satisfaction. Use as little or, if possible, no cosmetic products. Go organic with materials for your home and with household cleaning products. Buy organic food when your budget allows and only buy minimally processed food. The best way to reduce your chances of being poisoned, is by making a conscious effort to avoid contact with these toxic substances daily.
