● Toxic heavy metals that represent a major health concern are arsenic, lead and mercury. Studies indicate that these metals can cause a variety of health problems ranging from skin lesions to DNA damage – abnormal changes to the makeup of one’s gene(s). Toxic heavy metal exposure has risen dramatically as a result of their increased use in industrial, agricultural, medical, and household products.
These metals become toxins after they substitute themselves for essential minerals and bind to the proteins and enzymes in your cells. By binding to them, they are able to disrupt their function and inhibit antioxidant production. This triggers oxidative stress which generates reactive oxygen species (ROS).
ROS are unstable oxygen-containing molecules that will readily react with other molecules in cells. As they react with other cellular molecules, more oxidative stress and structural damage will occur, eventually resulting in cell death. As your cells start dying, that’s when you’ll begin to experience the symptoms of heavy metal poisoning. Your condition may become life-threatening without treatment.
Heavy metals can also cross the blood-brain barrier and have a severe impact on the nervous system. After ingesting organic or inorganic arsenic, a person may feel sick in as little as 30 minutes. After ingesting or inhaling lead, it can stay in the body for about 1–2 months before causing health problems.
After ingesting, inhaling or absorbing mercury through the skin, it can stay in the blood for weeks or months before causing health problems. Toxic heavy metal exposure via air and water pollution, food, LSI drugs and personal care products are likely to happen to everyone. That said, detoxication can significantly reduce toxic heavy metals from entering our body.
IMO, detoxication involves:
Exposure reduction – stop applying and consuming cosmetics, ultra-processed food and most medications.
Oxidative stress reduction – advocating the banning of metal pollutants from being used in agriculture (go organic) and from their disposal via wastewater that is directly released into our environment’s ecosystem.
Home filtration system – a device installed at the main water line in your place of residence to remove heavy metals and other contaminants from your drinking water. Or buy a water filter pitcher.

● Regeneration, by definition, is the normal bodily process of damaged tissue renewal before irreversible degeneration can happen. A tissue is a group of cells that make up a specific body part. Tissue regeneration is possible because of adult stem cells, found in the tissue of most body parts.
Adult stem cells are tissue-specific stem cells and have the ability to regenerate all the cell types of the tissue from which they originate. So, the human body has the regenerative potential to heal itself utilizing its own stem cells. They not only divide to create new cells to replace the damaged ones but may be able to self-renew indefinitely.
When not needed or self-renewing, adult stem cells hibernate. This fact, makes adult stem cells a clear and present threat to the global Life Science industry (LSI) trillion dollar plus drug market. Regeneration and inflammation are two sides of the same coin, because inflammation is a basic part of the body’s healing process.
We have no choice but to endure the pain of inflammation if regeneration is to work. This is the method to the madness our body employs to recognize cell injury and then replace it with anew. IMO, numbing the pain of inflammation will disrupt the regeneration process.
That said, inflammation is not always a good thing. When it becomes chronic as a result of a toxic lifestyle, inflammation will only serve to damage body tissue. Chronic inflammation resulting from scheduled dosing of toxic LSI drugs can also disrupt the body’s regenerative ability.
Between each dosage, our bodies are forced to accept a time constraint on the renewal of damaged tissue. IMO, placing a time constraint on our body’s regenerative process just won’t end well for us. You see, tissue destruction via chronic inflammation occurs faster than cell regeneration.
Scientists are overcoming the natural limitations of human tissues by harnessing and enhancing the body’s own regenerative ability. This approach moves beyond conventional surgery and transplants and involves encouraging the body to repair itself at the cellular level.
