You Are What You Eat Pg 2

Do this three times a day, spaced three hours apart until the pain eases. That said, your saliva is slightly alkaline, so it can help to neutralize your mouth’s pH. It usually takes at least 20 minutes for your saliva to return the mouth’s pH to normal after the food is swallowed.

Brush your teeth with a soft toothbrush. IMO, you don’t need any toothpaste and mouthwash, all you need is your saliva. To the tongue, a feeling of smoothness across the teeth is a sign that you have successfully removed the buildup of plaque (a rough feeling that sticks to your teeth). Teeth may also look brighter.

Brush your tongue with a soft toothbrush. While saliva has a natural washing effect, alone it is not enough to remove built-up bacteria, dead cells and that white or grayish coating on the surface of your tongue. Brushing will help keep the tongue clean, which leads to fresh breath.

Also, gently brush your gums to remove bacteria from the gum line. Your saliva contains natural antibacterial agents like enzymes and proteins. They help control the growth of harmful bacteria linked to gum disease.

Wait about 30 minutes after a meal to brush. Brushing too soon can damage softened enamel. This oral hygiene will help with restoring your normal pH levels and, as a result, prevent cavities. If there is no enamel loss or erosion, cavities will not form. For more on food pH levels in your mouth.

Six Thousand Years and Counting

Silver has been widely used throughout recorded history for at least 6000 years. Silver is a proven and effective treatment against almost all microbial infections (bacteria and viruses). There are no menacing side effects as with most prescription drugs today.

Research suggests that silver nanoparticles (a key component of colloidal silver) can stimulate adult stem cells. Some studies show that silver nanoparticles can enhance the differentiation of stem cells. Differentiation is the process whereby stem cells become more specialized cell types and can perform new functions.

Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been used in wound dressings in low concentrations to promote stem cell growth and accelerate tissue healing. Low concentrations of colloidal silver are generally considered to be in the range of 10 to 30 parts per million (ppm). A concentration of 50–300 ppm of colloidal silver is generally considered high.

Higher concentrations (50–300 ppm) require smaller doses. Colloidal silver with high concentrations often suggest measuring servings in drops or small fractions of a teaspoon. High-concentration of colloidal silver also includes limiting use to short-term periods (14 days), rather than long-term daily use.

You can dilute one teaspoon (5ml) in 8 ounces of water and drink to potentially boost the immune system to help the body fight off an illness — take for 14 days, once daily. Your mouth is divided into four quadrants – the upper right/left and lower right/left. Brush each quadrant with one drop of colloidal silver on a soft toothbrush every other day for 14 days. This may help accelerate the healing of sore gums.

Don’t need to apply another drop to brush your tongue clean, plain water will do. Be aware, this treatment is often painful and bloody. How painful and bloody really depends on how badly your oral cavity has been poisoned.

For maintenance, brush all four quadrants with one drop of colloidal silver on your soft toothbrush daily. Start with a different quadrant every day and brush your teeth first before the gums. IMO, stop using conventional toxic toothpaste and mouthwash.

They contain ingredients that are classified as or suspected to be endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs). If the above treatment is going to be effective, you can’t continue to orally self-poison (putting harmful acidic foods into your mouth) during and after brushing with colloidal silver. BTW, I fully agree with the numerous health agencies that are strongly advising patients not to take colloidal silver while on prescription medication

While AgNPs shows potential for stimulating stem cell tissue regeneration in laboratory settings, its safety in humans as a systemic stem cell stimulant has yet to be established. That said, there are numerous outcomes from the use of colloidal silver that contradict the policies taken by major health agencies. And yet, no documented scientific evidence exists to support the topical or oral use of colloidal silver for treating any medical condition or as a preventive care option. Go figure!
