You Are What You Eat Pg 5

It really depends on how often and how long you have been self-poisoning. If it’s been daily for decades, it will likely take years for your body to fully cleanse itself. Daily for a decade or less, it may just take several months.

Fructose is also increasingly recognized as the raw material (energy source) needed by cancer cells to generate cellular energy, via glycolysis (breakdown of simple sugars). Cancer cells can convert glucose into fructose through intra- and extracellular polyol pathways. Polyol – is a sugar alcohol, known to the average person as an artificial sweetener.

Pathway – is the Life Science Industries (LSI) uninformative way of saying; glucose to fructose is a two-step process, with the go between being a polyol – enough said! After that, fructose enters the cancer cell and produces excessive metabolites through glycolysis. Metabolites are substances made and or used when cancer cells breakdown fructose for energy via glycolysis.

The glycolysis of fructose is needed for cancer cell proliferation. Fructose is an energy source that will not be allowed to enter your normal cells. Thus, it’s an abundant and ever-present source of energy for cancer cells. That said, restraining yourself from eating fructose will serve to drastically suppress it as a source of energy for glycolysis in cancer cells.

But sadly, not eliminate it. And yet, that may be the deciding factor that tips the scale in your body’s favor and enables it to heal itself. You see, glucose is recognized as the only source of energy needed by normal cells to generate cellular energy via glycolysis and normal cells massively outnumber cancer cells in your body.

So, without fructose, a major alternative source of energy (directly and indirectly) for cancer cells, they may starve to death if left to compete for glucose with normal cells. Your immune system can recognize any remaining cancer cells as abnormal and kill them. The only safeguard against the growing ubiquity of fructose in our food is self-restraint.
